FABI Director Prof. Mike Wingfield has been selected as one of 50 recipients from all parts of the world to receive the prestigious China Friendship Award for 2017.  This is the highest award conferred on foreign experts who have made an outstanding contribution to the country’s social and economic progress.  The award consists of a medal and certificate and will be presented to Prof. Wingfield at a ceremony in Beijing on 1 October during China’s National Day celebrations.
