Research Interests

I am the database administrator for the TPCP/CTHB groups in FABI. My responsibilities include the archiving and updating of all data generated within these two groups. On occasion, I also assist students with analysing their data, and assist with advanced phylogenetic courses presented twice each year. My MSc study was on describing the genetic diversity within two species of endangered endemic freshwater fish of the Cape Floristic region. I therefore have an interest in population-level and species-level diversity questions.
