Research Interests

I am currently doing my honours under my supervisor Dr. L. Mololeki. I am trying to find a conserved signal sequence within the type 3 secretion effectors of Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. brasiliensis.  I also aim to do complementation studies within the pectobacteria and their type 3 secretion system.

I am very interested in molecular biology, and would like to keep that as a focus in all my projects moving forward.
