Research Interests

I completed my BSc(Genetics) degree in 2008 and honours in 2009.

I am interested in research which involves plants, specifically gene interaction responses. My honours project focused on the evaluation of gene expression in wheat plants under heavy metal stress.Currently, i'm enrolled for an MSc at FABI under the supervision of Dr. Noelani van den Berg. My current project involves Phytophthora cinnamomi and its interaction with plants.
