I completed my BSc. Microbiology degree at The University of Pretoria in 2019. I joined FABI in 2020 doing my Honours which focused on the role of biofilms in the virulence and mycotoxin production of pathogenic Fusarium species of maize.
I'm currently enrolled for my masters focusing on the role of extracellular vesicles in Fusarium species of maize.

FABI participates in the third seed packing project for the National Maize Cultivar Evaluation Trials
A team of 36 FABI TPCP/CPHB students and interns took to task packing a large number of maize seed cultivars from the 20-22 September 2021.
