Biochemistry, Genetics and Microbiology
During my honours, my project was based on the chemotaxis proteins (Methyl accepting chemotaxis proteins) found in a potato pathogen Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. brasiliense 1692. With my MSc, I am working on microbe-microbe interactions. Our interest is on the role of Pectobacterium brasiliense 1692 outer membrane vesicles on other microbes.
