I completed my undergraduate BScAgric in Plant pathology in 2018 at the University of Pretoria. My final year project was on maize foliar and ear rot diseases in Small-scale farms of KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. I am currently pursuing master’s degree in Plant pathology in the Department of Plant and Soil Sciences working in the Molecular Plant-Pathogen Interactions (MPPI) research group in FABI. My project focuses on the pathogenicity of Cercospora zeina isolates on maize under the supervision of Prof. Dave Berger.
