I joined Fabi in 2024 as a mentorship student in the CPHB programme in my final year of studying Bsc Genetics. Here, under the mentorship of Mr Michal Slupski, my interest in fungal plant pathogens was fortified and inspired me to pursue the field in my Honour’s degree.

I am a Genetics Honours student with the project of finding cryptic species in the pathogenic genus Holocryphia (Cryphonectriaceae) using phylogenomics under the supervision and guidance of Dr Nam Pham and Prof Brenda Wingfield.
