The aim of my study is to undertake a comparative genomics study on Enterobacter cloacae complex (ECC) strains associated with plants, humans and animals. The focus is on those strains associated with plants as disease-causing agents. The plant disease that I am mainly focusing on is Enterobacter bulb disease on onions (EBDO).
