I am a Genetics MSc. student in the Avocado Research group, under the supervision of Prof Noëlani van den Berg and Dr Robert Backer. I am interested in exploring the molecular basis of heterodichogamy in avocado flowers and developing useful tools for the industry. Through my research, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of plant reproductive biology while providing practical solutions for sustainable avocado production.
