I am a BSc and BSc Honours graduate with a strong background in biological sciences (plant science and biochemistry). My passion for understanding the intricate interactions between plants and pathogens led me to contribute to initiatives such as the Kiwifruit Protection Programme (KPP) and the Tree Protection Co-operative Programme (TPCP) at the Forestry and Agricultural Biotechnology Institute (FABI), within the DSI-NRF Centre of Excellence in Plant Health Biotechnology (CPHB).

Through this work, I gained hands-on expertise in plant pathology and molecular biology techniques, reinforcing my commitment to advancing plant health and strengthening food security. I am driven to grow into a formidable force in agriculture, paving the way for a greener, healthier, and more resilient future.
