I completed BSc in Agriculture (Plant production - Horticulture) at the university of Limpopo with an honours research majoring in molecular breeding (2020). I also hold MSc degree in Plant protection from the university of Limpopo, my dissertation was based on the degree of nematode resistance in rosemary to Meloidogyne species (2023).
Currently, I am pursuing PhD mainly focusing on the early detection of Teratosphaeria destructans on Eucalyptus using volatile organic compounds. My projects also explore potential factors driving the possible interaction between Eucalyptus, T. destructans and Gonipterus sp. n. 2.
