My name is Nondumiso Mngomezulu, an aspiring Bioinformatician who is currently pursuing my Masters in Bioinformatics. My honours research consisted of using different machine learning algorithms to different the Aspergillus species. Now looking to expand on what I uncovered in my honours year, my current research focus is also about using different machine learning approaches but instead to differentiate the Rhizobia species at genus and species level.
