Long-time FABI-collaborator Prof. Lori Eckhardt visited the Institute during August as part of the ongoing research collaboration between FABI and Auburn University. Lori is a familiar face having first visited FABI in 2007 and has, since then, been back numerous times including as a guest attending the FABI 20^thAnniversary Symposium in 2018. While in the country, Lori also joined Prof. Wilhelm de Beer on a three-day research field trip to the Northern Cape.
