I am currently undergoing my BScHons studies in Genetics under the supervision of Prof. Tuan Duong. My project focuses on elucidating the functional significance of alternatively spliced effector genes in mediating fungal-host interactions, specifically exploring how different isoforms affect host adaptation and pathogenic interactions of Ceratocystis eucalipticola.
