I am a determined and very enthusiastic individual full of potential. I graduated my undergraduate studies at the University of Limpopo, and my postgraduate studies at the University of Johannesburg. For my Honours project, I worked on the anatomy of buchu (Agathosma betulina and Agathosma crenulata) and compared their bark and wood structures in relation to their drought tolerance. My MSc dissertation is on the medicinal ethnobotany of the Balobedu people of the Modjadji area home of the legendary Rain-Queen Modjadji.

Today, I am an intern at FABI under the Phytosanitation and Biosecurity program. My research interests include medicinal plants and agricultural biotechnology.
