The first publications by four FABI students in the Tree Protection Co-operative Programme (TPCP) and DSI-NRF Centre of Excellence in Plant Health Biotechnology (CPHB) was celebrated at a publication party on 16 August. This is a FABI tradition celebrating the publication of the first peer-reviewed journal publications from the MSc and PhD studies of these students working in the TPCP and CPHB. Caitlin Gevers, Myriam Solís, Shae Swanepoel and Demissew Teshome were congratulated on this significant achievement by FABI Director Prof. Bernard Slippers as well as by their respective supervisors.
